Our Grantmaking Approach in Changing
- Limited resources prevent us from funding as many deserving requests as we receive.
- For those requests we do fund, the grant amount may be less than requested.
- Going forward, we may find it necessary to occasionally ‘skip’ a year even for grantees who have been consistently funded in the past.
We encourage you to apply if you feel your work aligns with our Mission and Vision.

What We Fund
- Increasingly strong focus on early childhood, prenatal-3.
- Within prenatal-3, we have increased our funding to policy and advocacy initiatives.
- Continued focus on:
- Arts and music education
- K-12 education
- Direct social services for children and families
