Susanne Walsh joined the Turrell Fund in 2017 after retiring from full-time work.  As a part-time employee of Turrell Fund, Susanne is the Financial Service Process Manager.  At Turrell, she is responsible for accounts payable, payroll and other miscellaneous financial and recordkeeping tasks.  Prior to joining the Turrell staff, Susanne was the Director of Finance for Victoria Foundation, one of the oldest foundations in America with a $250 million corpus.  Their mission is to improve the lives of children and families in Newark, New Jersey, and to protect water resources and preserve open space statewide.

As the Director of Finance for Victoria Foundation, Susanne managed the finances and cash flow of the Foundation and was responsible for all the Foundation’s accounting procedures including preparation of financial reports and analysis, monitoring all activities of the investment managers, as well as being responsible for planning and execution of the annual audit.  Additionally, Susanne was responsible for all HR functions and coordination of all Foundation benefits.

Susanne graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from Caldwell University.
