Societal Vision
That need will be eliminated as a barrier to the access of quality educational and developmental experiences by all children, and especially the youngest, so that they may be well prepared for academic and life success.
Organizational Vision
That access to high quality educational and developmental opportunities will be assured for the children of the Turrell Fund’s served areas, with an emphasis on the very youngest, at-risk children, and their families.
Organizational Mission
To financially and strategically support organizations which directly provide or foster the creation and delivery of high quality, developmental and educational services to at-risk children, especially the youngest, and their families, in Vermont and designated areas of New Jersey.
